Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original GORAL packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
